How can I book in with someone else who works in your studio?
Any other artist who works from our studio manages their own bookings and can be contacted through their individual social media or business pages; we only manage bookings for Hon's.
Why are prices and times only approximate?
We try our best to give you an approximate cost and timeframe for each service so you have an idea of what to expect, each client is different due to hair length and thickness, which means we cannot give an exact cost prior to your booking.

Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable as we lose time and potential clients by saving a spot for you. If you have an emergency and need to re-schedule, we will allow your deposit to be used for your next booking. Cancellations or re-scheduling should be made no less than 48 hours of your appointment.

I can't find a time in your booking system; can I still make an appointment?
In the first instance, please try and book through our online system. If you cannot see a time that suits you, please contact us through our contact page and we will try our best to fit you in.
